Journal publishes original research, review articles and short communications. Short communications should report work of exceptional interest and reach a decisive conclusion. Authors must ensure submissions are original and not under consideration elsewhere.

Submit your manuscript (in .docx format using the Journal template) and any supporting files to: submission@domain.com

Important: Originality & Permissions

  • Only original, previously unpublished works will be considered. Simultaneous submissions are not permitted.
  • Authors must secure permission for any previously published figures, tables or text excerpts for both print and online formats.

How to Resubmit a Revised Manuscript

If invited to revise, please mark all changes (track changes or colored text) and provide a response letter addressing reviewer comments point-by-point.

Submission Checklist

  1. Manuscript in .docx using the journal template.
  2. Title page with full author names, affiliations, and contact email.
  3. Structured abstract (max 250 words) and 4–6 keywords.
  4. All figures and tables (high resolution) with captions.
  5. Supplementary files and data availability statement.
  6. Cover letter and suggested reviewers (optional).

Material Availability

Materials described in the manuscript should be made available to researchers for non-commercial use within 60 days of request.

Step-by-Step Guideline for Authors

Follow these steps to prepare and submit your manuscript correctly.

Manuscript Preparation

  • Use clear, concise English. Consider professional editing if needed.
  • Include sections: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions.
  • Number pages and supply line numbers if requested.
  • Cite datasets and software with persistent identifiers where possible.

Formatting & References

  • References should follow the journal style (see template).
  • Provide DOIs for cited articles when available.
  • Limit the number of supplementary files; combine where sensible.

Author Contribution Statement

All authors must supply a short contribution statement (use initials). This will appear in a separate section before Acknowledgments.

Example:

1.A. designed the study; 2.B. performed the experiments; 3.C. analyzed data; 1.A. and 3.C. wrote the paper.

Ethical Responsibilities of Authors

This journal follows COPE guidelines. Authors must adhere to good scientific practice and avoid misconduct including fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, salami-publishing, and undisclosed simultaneous submission.

Manuscript must not be submitted to more than one journal simultaneously.
All co-authors must approve the submission.
Raw data and documentation may be requested for verification.
Changes to authorship after acceptance require explanation and supporting documentation.

Important Notice

If misconduct is suspected the journal will investigate per COPE; outcomes may include rejection, erratum, or retraction and informing the author's institution.

Disclosure of Potential Conflicts of Interest

All relationships or interests that could influence the work should be disclosed. Include funding sources and grant numbers.

If no conflicts exist, include this statement in your manuscript:

Conflict of Interest: The authors declare that they have no conflict of interest.

Examples of conflicts to disclose:

Research grants, honoraria, travel support
Employment, consultancy, advisory board positions
Equity ownership, patents, royalties
Personal relationships that may bias interpretation

Corresponding author should keep documentation of compliance with ethical standards and submit it if requested.

After Acceptance

After acceptance you will receive an email with a link to the Copyright Transfer Statement to sign and return. Once complete, proofs will be prepared and sent for author correction.

Copyright & Licensing

Authors will be asked to transfer copyright to the Publisher or grant exclusive publication rights, except for Open Choice (CC BY) articles where copyright remains with the author.

Proofs & Publication

  • Proofreading focuses on typesetting errors — substantive changes are discouraged.
  • Articles published Online First will be citable by DOI.
  • Color illustrations: publication of color figures online and in print is free of charge.
